Mountain Home Montana provides shelter for young mothers who need a place to live, and a network of support as they create safe, stable, and nurturing homes of their own. In our six-bedroom Bonnie Hamilton Home, young mothers share a safe base from which to pursue education and employment, enhance parenting skills, and seek longer-term affordable housing. Our group living home operates within a Rights & Responsibilities framework. Each mother and child has a bed and a crib in her own room, with shared meals prepared each night. Case managers work with residents to create individualized goals, and work with each family’s unique needs and strengths. Residents can access the Mountain Home Montana Community Center, therapists, and employment & education staff for support at anytime.
