Childcare Director/Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist

This new member of the Mountain Home team will create, oversee and implement all aspects of Mountain Home’s childcare program, providing high-quality care for babies and toddlers. This position will develop an innovative model of childcare that integrates the best practices of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health throughout all aspects of the program.

Relief Resident Care Coordinators

RCCs ensure Mountain Home is a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young mothers and
their children residing in the transitional living facility. They provide safety and support for all clients
while assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the house and adherence to program rules.
