Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator works closely with the Development Director to implement Mountain Home’s Integrated Development Plan by taking the lead on cultivating smaller gifts, grants and business sponsorships. In addition, this position helps strengthen Mountain Home’s outreach and communication efforts and advance the organization’s strategic goals. View the job details.

Children’s Therapist/Parenting Specialist

This position provides therapy to children, including very young children, and parenting support for women between the ages of 16-29. View the job details.

Property Specialist

The Property Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing minor
maintenance issues, and will also be responsible for general housekeeping duties. This position is about 12 hours per week and allows for a flexible yet consistent schedule. View the job details.

Resident Care Coordinators

The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Mountain Home’s Residential Department is a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young mothers and their children. The Resident Care Coordinator provides safety and support for all clients while assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of house and adherence to program rules.
