The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Mountain Home’s Residential Department is a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young mothers and their children. Early Childhood Teacher– hiring 2 individuals (1 part-time, 1 full-time) and 1 relief position

The Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) is responsible for providing direct care to infants and toddlers ages 0-3 that is nurturing, developmentally appropriate, sensitive, and trauma-informed. The ECT meets the physical and emotional needs of infants and toddlers through purposeful interactions and play. The ECT maintains an enriching environment that promotes children’s all-round development and changing needs.
